Spring Botanical Watercolor Workshop on the Lion Mountain Hiking Trail
Come wander, observe, and create. Stumptown Art Studio in collaboration with Whitefish Legacy Partners invites you to a plein air style watercolor workshop at Lion Mountain Trailhead. This class will be taught by artist Jessica Shasha. Participants will be guided through drawing the local flora on trail, supplied with all materials necessary to create your own unique botanical drawing. We are gathering inspiration from the garden musings of Beatrix Potter.
*Please note that the pavilion we will be in is a half mile from the trail head. We will meet at the trailhead and walk together. We recommend you bring the following:
- A water bottle and snack.
- An extra layer and raincoat.
-A thermos of tea to get in to the Beatrix Potter spirit!
