Self Portraits and Self Expression: After School Art Class for Tweens
In this 4-week art class, students will explore self-expression through creative self-portrait projects. Using a variety of art materials, artists will learn how to represent themselves beyond just what they look like — through color, symbols, mood, and personal style. Students will explore feelings and personal interest through creating different art like self portraits, painted quotes/lyric art, and collage. Each week introduces a new way to express identity and emotion while building confidence and artistic skills.
Please Note - This 4 week class takes an off week over Spring break and will finish on April 1st.
